Tryad Personal Training, LLC guarantees results or you can get your money
back. Tryad Personal Training, LLC originated
from my business and leisure pursuits. My passion is to participate and compete
in adventure sports. So, I figured by spreading my enthusiasm in this area, this type of training could help people achieve their health and
fitness goals (losing weight, toning up, getting in shape). My business name came from the idea that I want people to Try Adventure. It’s kind of like mixing business with pleasure. Adventure training is new, exciting and a fun way to achieve your fitness goals. Adventure training is actually one of three areas of focus within Tryad Personal Training, LLC. The three areas include: 1. One-on-One personal training and Partner training (by application
only) 2. Adventure training & Multi-sport Duathlon/Triathlon training 3. Corporate fitness One-to-one personal training and Partner training is exercising within your own home or fitness center, as well as the great outdoors. This training is the more traditional method type of personal training. Functional training, strength and conditioning, sports-specific, running, cycling, rehabilitation,
body building, and general fitness are some of the key areas
that fall under one-on-one personal training and partner training. This type of one to one personal training
is by application only! (Please refer to application for further information) Adventure training mostly utilizes the great outdoors as a way to achieve your fitness goals. Picture a boot camp, but more fun. Running/hiking, biking, canoeing or kayaking, plus throw in a few physical and mental challenges and a partner. Bam! You have adventure training. Multi-sport Duathlon/Triathlon training also falls into this category of personal training. Corporate fitness may include the above styles of training within large or small businesses. One-on-one personal training is available in the company’s fitness center.
Adventure training, as a means of improving teamwork, is also a part of
corporate fitness. |
