NOT YOUR ORDINARY JOG THROUGH THE PARK
Tryad Bootcamps are a fun, challenging, and inexpensive way to workout! Using a metabolic form of training, I challenge my participants to reach new levels of fitness. Don't expect the typical gym exercises, as I like to use creative functional exercises! Many of the exercises use bodyweight, but I do incorporate some "toys" to further enhance the experience. We have been known to go on adventure hikes/runs as a part of bootcamp!
These bootcamps usually take place outdoors, but can also be performed indoors! Let me know if you have a group of people, and I will come to your home!
